This policy explains what personal data the directory processes, on what legal basis, and how to have it deleted. We keep the site deliberately minimal: no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no social pixels.
Data we process about visitors
- Server logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent, retained for 14 days for security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Age confirmation cookie — a single first-party cookie
cross_age_ok, valid 30 days, storing nothing but the fact that you confirmed you are 18+. No tracking value. - Session cookie — only for the editorial login area, not for ordinary visitors.
Data we process about listed companions
- Listing data — working name, age, city, self-written text, chosen experiences, rates, contact channels, photos you supply.
- Verification data — if you choose to be verified, we see an identity document confirming your age and that the photos are you. We record only the fact and date of verification; we do not store copies of documents.
- Legal basis — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time with immediate effect.
Data we process about people who contact us
Submissions and emails are stored for as long as needed to review and answer them, and at most 12 months. We do not sell, rent or share contact data with third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your data, to object to processing, and to data portability. Write to hello@premarcu.com — we answer within 30 days, and removal requests from listed companions are actioned within 24 hours.
Hosting
The site is hosted on a server in the European Union. Data does not leave the EU/EEA for the purposes of running this directory.
Cookies
Two first-party cookies, both strictly functional: the age confirmation and, for editors only, the session cookie. There is no consent banner because there is nothing non-essential to consent to.
