This policy sets out what may and may not be published. It applies to every profile, photo and line of text on the site. Breach means immediate removal, and where relevant a report to the authorities.
Consent is the foundation
Every profile is published either because the person in it submitted it, or because they gave written consent to be listed. We do not copy profiles from other directories, we do not republish photos we cannot attribute, and we do not create profiles "on behalf of" someone who has not asked.
Absolutely not permitted
- Any content involving a person under 18, or any text that suggests or implies it.
- Any content produced without the consent of the person shown, including stolen or leaked images.
- Any suggestion of coercion, trafficking, or a third party arranging on someone's behalf without their consent.
- Any offer of a service that is unlawful where it would take place.
- Explicit imagery. This is a text-and-portrait directory: portraits, not pornography.
- Contact details of a third party, or any data that could identify someone who has not consented to being identified.
Editorial standards
- Rates must be stated by the companion, in her currency, and must not be bait prices.
- "Available now" is set by the companion and may be switched off at any time.
- "Verified" means we have seen an identity document confirming the person is an adult and matches her photos. It is not a background check and not an endorsement.
- We do not publish client reviews, star ratings or rankings, and ranking is not for sale.
Removal
Anyone listed here — or anyone who believes they are identifiable in a listing — can request removal by writing to hello@premarcu.com. No justification is required. The profile and its photos are deleted within 24 hours, and the images are removed from the server, not merely hidden.
Reporting a profile
If a profile looks like it breaches this policy, use the "Report it" link on the profile or write to us. Reports are read by a human, usually the same day.
